So long... So Far...

Well the original workout regimen did not work out. Why? Well it was not for me. I'm not a running sort of person. I get so bored and self-concious while I run I don't put my full effort in it.
So in September I started to do workouts by Zuzana. I luv her workouts. It has been 3 months and I have never seen so uch progress on my body. The only thing I really need to work on now is my diet. I'm trying to read a book that has to do with eating clean. I completely understand the logic. I just have to do it.

New workout

So, today I did my first running workout, which i got from women's health magazine website. It went really good. I mean I am totally and completely out of shape, so their run/walk program considers that as a factor which is awesome because many people forget that someone who hasn't worked out for a long time or at all even would not be able to really run straight 2 miles or wuteva.
So this is how it all played out. I woke up and had a granola bar because I read somewhere you should have some carbs in your body before you go out for a run. Then i started with 10 mins of just speed walking. Not very fast but fast enough I was kind of out of breath. Then the next 6 mins I alternated 1 min of running and 1 min of walking. Lastly, I walk the last 4 mins. That was only a 20 min workout.
I feel pretty good. Not very tired but tired.
Oh and I finally actually decided stretching may be a benefit. I mean my muscles feel more relaxed. But I dunno if it is ok to be sweating as I do a stretching. I dunno but it felt really good.
Tomorrow I have to do brower (dreading)...but I will be follow charliejames1975 workout for epic sexy body or something to that extent. I think it would be fun.

workout

So i will be starting a workout regimen. Well actually I have already started it.

Today is Wednesday. So i have done it for two days. I've used this workout regimen once before. If you check out Shantea Mac website you will find the whole 5 week regimen. I will be following her workout as close as I can. Since i do not have a pool i will be substituting with flutter kicks and superman workouts. BTW, i hate running but i will be walking as much as I can and as ofter as I can.
I will also be posting updates everyday or every other day to let you guys know how it is going. Every end of the week i will show pictures of how I look (body-wise).

Oh, of course, there is no point in not changing my diet because I have done so already. If you read my previous posts, you will notice that I have been doing the morning banana diet. It has be quite successful; however, I have decide to get past that because what I have noticed is that this diet does help lose weight but to become toned you have to workout. Hence my decision now. So hopefully i can keep motivated to let you know my progress and inspire you to try it out.

How long has it been?

So, if my calculations are correct it has almost been 2 month...i think in 4 days it will be for sure 2 months since i started the diet. Well how have i been doin? Not bad actually. I will not lie. I did break it a few time like eat after 8pm sometimes. Can't help it, i mean when i go over to my friend's and her mom offers me food i cannot say no. Sometimes I also eat something else for breakfast. Usually i just try to eat health or less.
However, i have noticed i have bowel movements more regularly than before. Which is a good thing.
So pics of how i am doing will be posted. Just for reference.

Oh by the way, i have started to do sit-up just to help get a some definition in my abs. I just started last week. 100 crunches! This week is 150. I did some yesterday. I almost died. It was so hard to get up as I was doing it. Not just that. My tail bone area has a huge blister. Kinda gross I know but hey, these things do happen. Dunno why but it does. Next week will be 200 crunches. YAY!

Besides my workout and dieting. My fiance and I have been trying to look around for a house. Since our contract does end in July. We need to start looking. But we need to wait for his parents to get back from philippines before we have any chance of getting a house. I dunno why he doesn't want to ask his dad to co-sign ...just in case. As long as we pay for the house it should not effect him at all. Anyways, that is not important.

My finals are coming up. Shiet...i don't want to do it. I just want to go to Vancouver and do what I love. MAKEUP ARTISTRY! -____-::

4 weeks and counting

So i checked my weight yesterday when i went to my fiance's parent's house. They were packing to go to Philippines on Wednesday I believe. Anyways, so i got on the scale and checked if i lost anything. Guess wut? I was a 110 and I lost 6 pounds...holy crap. just 4 more pounds to go. But I have a feeling I might try to go lower. Maybe 95 pounds. But if I get to 100 pounds it is already enough. Too much is not always a good thing.

Oh got a rental car today. Mazda 3. Great car, but i would have loved the yaris. I dunno why i love that car.
Anyways got to go wash my face. I left in such a hurry all i did was brush my teeth :P

Day 14

So two weeks now since i started the diet. the only thing hard about this diet is I'm trying to keep the bananas from maturing too fast.
Body wise though...i noticed a small change in how much fat i have and the bowel movements i have are actually more frequent now. which is interesting.
We will see in the third week. I'm loving it though.

Day 7 of Morning Banana Diet

So, day 7. What have i noticed during my diet. One really important thing is i feel less bloated then i did the week before. I noticed that i have a bit more of a regular bowel movement. Not everyday since somedays i do not eat enough to cause a movement.
I don't have a step-on scale, therefore i dunno if I lost any pounds; however, when i look in the mirror I think i look about the same so I dunno.

I have decided to do this diet for two months and see how i feel. I mean it isn't hard to follow.

DAY 1 - Morning Banana Diet

So today I started the morning banana diet.
Currently I weigh about 110 lb. and i am only about 5'0" therefore I want to lose about 10 lb. That would be 100 lb.

Anyways, i had two bananas today and a lukewarm cup of water. I did not feel hungry until lunch time so I think it wasn't that bad.

I have decided to report every week so I will report back in 6 days.

New Diet?

So, I was looking for a new diet to lose maybe 10 pounds, hopefully within a month and keep that weight off. I looked at Megan Fox's diet. Supposedly very unhealthy, or that it doesn't actually work. So i looked for how hong kong girls diet. DID NOT FIND ANYTHING! (WTF) Then i went on youtube to look for japanese girl diets. Found a video on nutrition. But on the "related videos" i found a korean entry of a girl who went on the morning banana diet. She looked good after a few weeks. I began to look up that diet.

Basically, this is how it works

Step 1: Eat one or more bananas in the morning for breakfast. Have it with a lukewarm glass of water. Only eat until you are full. So you have to be cautious of what and how much you are eating. If you get hungry after half an hour, you can eat something. Just not fast food.
Step 2: Eat anything you want for lunch and dinner
Step 3: Make sure you have dinner before 8pm (You need a good 4hrs for the food to digest because at night when you sleep your stomach does no digesting; therefore, weight gain.)
Step 4: Have a sweet snack of your choice at 3pm. I think you can guess why. I mean remember after school when you get really hungry but you do not want to spoil dinner. Yeah that is why.
Step 5: Make sure you go to bed before midnight. Which is important. Did you know that between 12 till 3am is the time your body starts to regenerate your skin cells and your body cells? So want good skin? sleep before 12am.
Step 6: Drinking lukewarm water is encouraged. Not sure why it has to be lukewarm, I mean i heard that cold water speeds up calorie burning but we will see. Oh you can have other drinks if you want but just not too much of it. Remember it is a diet.
Step 7: If you want to exercise you can but do not over exert yourself because too much stress actually causes weight gain. Of course if you want to tone up, lifting weights correctly will help. Also, i believe in spot exercise. As in workout the spots you need help. People say it doesn't work but i think if you are trying to tone that area you must work on it.
Oh walk a lot!

So, i will be trying out this diet through out the next month and see the results and if i like them.

I feel so BAD!

I have school sometimes. Especially when I do really bad in certain classes. For example, I probably failed my Simply Accounting quiz today. And that i worth f*****g 20%. Then i practically failed my ACCT 212 quiz. I am just f*****g up right now. I dunno why. Nothing I'm studying is staying in my brain. I dunno what the hell is going on with me right now. I can't do anything right.

I need help!
