So, it has been 2 months and the new year has just past for about 4 days. Question is how I am doing now?
Well, first off i have noticed that I am quite irritable lately. Could be because I have quit smoking and the medicine I am using to help me quit is making me this way. Or I am just straight up irritated by people around me.
For instance, sometime when Leo (my roommate) is around I getting kinda annoyed by his presence. Something he does. I mean there is nothing wrong with him except when he cooks he makes a mess. Not a huge mess, but i big enough mess that means I have to clean. It is great the he washes the dishes...but he never really puts it in the dishwasher to dry. He always puts it to the side on a mat that I bought only because I know that he does that.
To me, that was a waste of my money. Especially when we have a dishwasher to hold the dishes.
He also drinks water from the pitcher; great that he drinks water what is not great is the pitch is always left outside of the fridge. I mean it takes 2 seconds to put it back.
I don't want to be a nag, so i say nothing. Charles always asks why can't i keep things clean. Well, I'm not the only one in this house. I don't see him talking to Leo or Glen (our other roommate) about keeping things clean.
I made rules. Posted them on the fridge. Doesn't seem to help in any way. Pretty much Charles and I are the people that follow it.
Right now, Leo is cooking. Again it pisses me off that no one considers who is here and what they may want to eat. Maybe i want something not as oily or salty. He doesn't even ask if I want to eat. I'm sitting right in front of him too. Could be because he is Filipino or it is just a guy thing. Both are not good stereotypes but seems to be quite true.
Sometimes i hate living with others. Sometimes I don't. It all depends on the day.
Well i'm done ranting. So back to my progress with working out. So i haven't stopped. I have actually notice my butt is higher (toned in other words) and my legs have nice muscle definition that wasn't there before. I love it!
Yesterday I did a ballet workout that I found online. Apparently it was done by Natalie Portman during her training for the "Black Swan" (awesome movie). I do not feel pain from the workout but I see how the workouts actually work.
After doing workouts from Zuzana, I think I have become more in-tuned with what each exercise does for my muscles. For example, the bridge worked on my butt, thighs, abs and balance. Great.
Always, my diet is something I'm trying to work on what I'm eating. Starting to make that transition is hard. But i'm trying.
Anyways, it is the new year. So time to save up for my wedding and change my body to a healthy, slim and long body.
