So long... So Far...

Well the original workout regimen did not work out. Why? Well it was not for me. I'm not a running sort of person. I get so bored and self-concious while I run I don't put my full effort in it.
So in September I started to do workouts by Zuzana. I luv her workouts. It has been 3 months and I have never seen so uch progress on my body. The only thing I really need to work on now is my diet. I'm trying to read a book that has to do with eating clean. I completely understand the logic. I just have to do it.
