So, today I did my first running workout, which i got from women's health magazine website. It went really good. I mean I am totally and completely out of shape, so their run/walk program considers that as a factor which is awesome because many people forget that someone who hasn't worked out for a long time or at all even would not be able to really run straight 2 miles or wuteva.
So this is how it all played out. I woke up and had a granola bar because I read somewhere you should have some carbs in your body before you go out for a run. Then i started with 10 mins of just speed walking. Not very fast but fast enough I was kind of out of breath. Then the next 6 mins I alternated 1 min of running and 1 min of walking. Lastly, I walk the last 4 mins. That was only a 20 min workout.
I feel pretty good. Not very tired but tired.
Oh and I finally actually decided stretching may be a benefit. I mean my muscles feel more relaxed. But I dunno if it is ok to be sweating as I do a stretching. I dunno but it felt really good.
Tomorrow I have to do brower (dreading)...but I will be follow charliejames1975 workout for epic sexy body or something to that extent. I think it would be fun.
